FESTIVAL GUIDELINES

Please review the guidelines below for information on what is allowed into the venue and what is prohibited. This list is subject to change and all items are subject to security approval. If you have questions regarding an item that is not listed below, please reach out to customerservice@activatedevents.com.

Coastal Country Jam is all ages! You must be 21+ to consume alcohol onsite at the festival. A valid government issued ID will be required.

There is no same day re-entry once you exit the venue.

All event personnel have the right to refuse entry to any ticket holder for any reason at their discretion. Venue and talent are subject to change without notice and are not grounds for a refund. Event is rain or shine.

PROHIBITED ITEMS:

• Tents, Sleeping Bags Or Beach Umbrellas

• Blankets

• Laptops And Tablets

• Water Canteens (Ex: Hydro Flask, Stanley, etc.)

• Illegal Substances

• Drugs Or Drug Paraphernalia

• Wagons Or Large Strollers

• Frisbees

• Fireworks/Explosives

• Airhorns

• Hoverboards, Segways, Bicycles, Skates, Scooters, Or Skateboards

• Body Armor

• Coolers

• Instruments

• Kites

• Sky Lanterns

• Markers

• Stuffed Animals

• Smelling Salts

• Glass, Cans, Cups Or Coolers

• Toy Weapons Or Real Weapons Of Any Kind (Includes Firearms, Pocket Knives, Pepper Spray, Fireworks, Etc)

• Outside Food Or Drinks

• Professional Recording Equipment – Photo, Video Or Audio (No Detachable Lenses, Tripods, Big Zooms Or Commercial Use Rigs)

• Drones

• Camelbacks

• Markers, Pens Or Spray Paint

• Large Chains Or Spiked Jewelry

• Walkie Talkies

• Stickers, Flyers, Samples, Promotional Items

• Pets (Including Comfort/Emotional Support, Therapy And Companion Animals)

• Laser Pointers Or Similar Focused Light Devices

APPROVED ITEMS:

• Sunscreen (sealed spray bottles only)

• Empty Plastic Water Bottle or Empty Coastal Country Jam Branded Water Bottle

• Chairs (in GA/general admission ONLY and under 36″)

• Beach Towels

• Purses/Bags (12″ x 6″ x 12″) and Backpacks (12″ x 8″ x 4″)

• Small Umbrella Stroller (Must Be Used For Child Only)

• Cell Phones

• Sunglasses

• Hats

• Sealed/Wrapped Tampons

• Earplugs

• Cigarettes (Smoking Is Allowed In Designated Smoking Areas)

• Vapes, E-Cigs (In Designated Areas)

• Non-Professional Flash/Still Cameras

• Handheld Camera Devices (Example – Sony Action Cam)

• Gopro – (Must Be 6” In Size Or Less)

• Gopro Extendable Poles

• Selfie Sticks

• Totems/Flags/Handmade Signs (No Corporate/Company Branded And No Hard Poles)

• Prescription Medication (Name On Prescription Should Match Your Valid Id)

• Purses, Handbags, Backpacks (See Restricitons)

• Plastic Water Bottle (Empty And Reusable)

• Smiles, Energy, Positive Attitudes And Good Vibes!
