Do I have to sign for my package?

Nope!

Can I still change my shipping address?

Unfortunately, once packages have shipped, there’s no way to update your shipping address.

If you know you won’t be able to receive the package at the above address, you should report your issue and request a replacement wristband to pick up at the Box Office.

Please email: customerservice@activatedevents.com with the subject line “Coastal Country Jam – Replacement Wristband Needed”

Once reported, wristbands cannot be reactivated. Ensure you have explored all avenues in attempting to obtain your package before reporting and requesting a new wristband.

Please note that all shipping fees are nonrefundable. A wristband replacement fee of $20 may be applied at will-call pick-up.

I’ve tracked my package and I’m concerned it won’t be delivered. What should I do?

If you’re concerned about the delivery of your wristband, please contact the courier by clicking the tracking link in your shipping email for more details and to discuss delivery options.

If your package is marked as “delivered” but you never received it, you should report it as lost and request a replacement on site at the event.

Replacement wristbands will only be issued for those orders which were not received. Please note that any reported wristbands will be DEACTIVATED immediately and cannot be re-activated. Shipping fees are nonrefundable. You can pick up a replacement wristband at the festival Box Office. You will need the original order confirmation email and a photo ID for proof of purchase. Replacement fees may apply.

I received my wristbands, but I lost them / put them on too tight / had to remove them / damaged them. How do I get new ones?

We know you are excited, but do not put on your festival wristband until you are ready to attend Coastal Country Jam! When you are heading to the festival, please tighten them to one finger’s width from your wrist and no tighter. If you need a replacement wristband, please visit the box office before entering the event. Replacement fees may apply.

I think I received the wrong wristbands. What should I do?

Please email customerservice@activatedevents.com with the subject line “Coastal Country Jam – I received the wrong wristband” Send the wristband type and 8-digit code on the back wristband(s) to request a replacement. If this was in fact an error during the fulfillment process, make sure you bring the wristband(s) you received in the mail to the box office in order to verify this error and receive your replacement with no replacement fee applied.
